How can I return my order?

Please choose your items carefully. We offer a refund for all brands excluding the Hinako brand.

Items are to be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, pristine condition (including all packaging and tags). Please be mindful of odor left on the shoes when trying them on. However the buyer will cover all postage costs and incur a 10% restocking fee in the case of a return for refund.  Plus if the returned item was paid by AfterPay the buyer will incur the 3-7% AfterPay fee.  Contact for AfterPay fee details.

Important Note: *An item which appears worn, soiled, damaged, has missing swing tags or is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer.

Please contact us immediately at if you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item in a shipment so that we may correct the problem for you quickly.
