 POSTAGE INFORMATION

All products are shipped via Australia Post and free pickup at Burpengary, QLD 4505 or Redcliffe Markets, QLD.

Australia is not permitted to sell the HCD shoe brand to customers in New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Canada due to licensing agreements with HCD vendors, as there are authorised wholesalers operating in these regions.

Shipping will automatically calculate for you at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your cart.  There is a shipping rates calculator on our cart page that provide an estimate of your shipping costs before you proceed to the checkout page.

All orders will be sent on the same business day prior 2:00pm once the payment has been confirmed and the order is completed.  You will be emailed a tracking number so you can stalk the postie!  

International Shipping

 You can select your country currency at the bottom of our website page.  

We cannot control fees and charges assigned on arrival by your country’s government, so please be aware that these charges are to be factored into your purchase decision.
