How does your sizing work?
Hot Chocolate Design and Candy Pops are slightly wider fitting. Therefore choose the size nearest your most-often purchased AU size. For example if you are usually an AU 9 or 9 1/2 then choose size 9.
For a perfect size refer to the SIZE CHART under information.
How often do you restock?
We don’t have a fixed schedule. If you are interested in an out-of- stock item, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

What are your payment options?
You can pay for your order using your Credit card - Debit card, Cash on pickup, AfterPay and Paypal.
Note payment is the last screen during check-out which you then select payment type.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once the payment has been confirmed and the order is completed, the items available is processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days).
SHIPPING/POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Our Shipping courier is Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our warehouse with the tracking number and the link where you can track the order.
How can I return my order?
We guarantee great happiness with our products! However, if you are not happy for any reason, you can return or exchange your items. Please contact us via email with your order # and we will reply within 1 business day with our return information. The cost for the shipping return and replacement shipping is at the purchaser expense.
*RETURN CAN BE MADE WITHIN 1 WEEK FROM THE TIME THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED.
Goods must be in their original packaging with all tags attached in a new, unworn (tried on is ok) condition. Please be mindful of odor left on the shoes when trying them on.
*An item which appears worn, soiled, damaged, has missing swing tags or is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer.
