What are your payment options?

You can pay for your order using your Credit card - Debit card, Cash on pickup, Paypal and AfterPay/ClearPay in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom.


How long does it take to process an order?

Once the payment has been confirmed and the order is completed, the items available is processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days).




Domestic and International shipping is available for all products.  

Australia postage starts at $9 for the first pair without the shoebox or $12.15 with the shoebox. Multiple pairs without the shoebox is $12.15, with the shoeboxes is capped at $15.  Orders over $300 receive free shipping.

United States $24 AUD without the shoebox and with the shoebox $37 AUD for the first item. Multiple pairs without the shoebox is $37 AUD with the shoeboxes is just $50 AUD.

United Kingdom $29.20 without the shoebox and with the shoebox $42 for the first item. Multiple pairs without the shoebox is $42. With the shoeboxes is just under $55.

Our Shipping courier is Australia Post.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our warehouse with the tracking number and the link where you can track the order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Miss Goody 2 Shoes does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, we suggest contacting your countries customs department to find the guidelines around importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance or undeliverable, Miss Goody 2 Shoes will provide refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to the warehouse or arrange re-delivery. 


What if I’d like to exchange for size or style?
A: To exchange size, please contact us at info@missgoody2shoes.com.au within 7 days receipt of your item.  Please provide your preferred exchange size so that we may check current stock to offer exchange. Once we’ve confirmed the availability of your preferred size/style, please return the shoes in original, unworn condition using the following method:
1. Purchase two appropriately sized, tracked satchels from your local Aus Post shop.
2. Address one to yourself, and enclose that one along with the shoes and a short note (with your name and phone number, and exchange instructions) inside the other satchel, addressed to us here at 9 Moogerah Place, Burpengary, Brisbane, 4505
3. Retain your receipts as Paypal currently has a program to refund postage for exchanges (find out more here: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns).


How can I return my order?

We happily offer a refund for any reason, please contact us at info@missgoody2shoes.com.au if you wish to return an order so we are aware.  

Items are to be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, pristine condition (including all packaging and tags). Please be mindful of odour left on the shoes when trying them on.

The buyer will cover all postage costs and incur a 10% restocking fee in the case of a return for refund.  Plus if the returned item was paid by AfterPay the buyer will incur the 3-7% AfterPay fee.  Contact info@missgoody2shoes.com.au for AfterPay fee details.

If you’d like to opt for a voucher instead of a refund, we will waive the restocking fee as this lessens our admin/book keeping costs.  

Important Note: *An item which appears worn, soiled, damaged, has missing swing tags or is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer.

Shoes incorrect, lost or damaged?

Please contact us immediately at info@missgoody2shoes.com.au if you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item in a shipment so that we may correct the problem for you quickly.

All shoes are sent via Australia Post and are insured to the value of $100.00.  It is encouraged to purchase the shoe box to protect your shoes. Please contact your Postal Service if the parcel is damaged as this is out of our control. 

We warrant all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.  If a product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, we will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model.  Miss Goody 2 Shoes is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt/proof of purchase. All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization – email info@missgoody2shoes.com.au to make a claim.
